" We contacted Lewis at Villa Solutions to outline our requirements and arrange some viewings. From the outset, Lewis was extremely professional, responsive and very friendly. We spent two days with him and viewed several villas within our price range but non were quite what we were looking for! We felt from the outset that he fully understood our requirements and never at any time tried to ‘hard sell’ any of the villas viewed. We extended our stay by a further five days and stayed in Tim’s very comfortable rental apartment in La Vinuela. During this time the Villa we finally bought came up market and Lewis immediately telephoned us to advise us of the new listing before it went live! He sent us the promotional video the same day and we viewed it with him the following morning. The Villa was exactly what we wanted and Lewis recognised this straight away and contacted us! We started the purchase process before we returned home and Lewis even introduced us to a fantastic firm of solicitors (Axarquia Velez Malaga - Miguel). The purchase process could not have been easier and Lewis was fantastic throughout as the ‘middle man’ passing on communications and following up enquiries. From start to finish, the process only took approximately 8/10 weeks. It didn’t end there though. Lewis also made introductions for local quality tradesmen to install electronic security gates and a AC system. " After twenty years owning a house in La Vinuela, and on the basis of a friend’s recommendation, we turned to Villa Solutions to sell our property. Everything was organised very professionally; an initial visit for Tim to see the property and discuss the sale process and to provide a suggested valuation. Villa Solutions recommended local solicitors (who worked informatively and efficiently throughout the sales process). Once we had agreed the terms Villa Solutions arranged to visit to take photographs and a video of the house and garden. We were very pleased with the results and the house went onto the market. We were overseas during the sale but Villa Solutions advised us prior to the viewings taking place and giving us feedback. We felt well in touch with the sales progress. We were lucky and we had two potential vendors within a few weeks. The first dropped out due to their personal circumstances but the second was very keen on our house and location and the sale/purchase proceeded very quickly and smoothly over a two month period. The staff we dealt with were very friendly, efficient and enthusiastic. As the purchaser did not want our contents Villa Solutions organised and supervised their removal at no additional cost to us. We were very pleased with Villa Solutions. We felt that they acted very efficiently and professionally. They kept us well informed throughout the process and we were very pleased at how smoothly and quickly they effected the sale, all while we were overseas. "

" Having found the staff at Villa Solutions very friendly and helpful when we were buying our villa, we decided to approach them about the sale of it. Tim, the owner, came round within a few days of us first approaching him, offered very good advice and discussed what buyers were looking for, and how to maximise the potential of the villa. Within a week the villa was on the market and an excellent video of the property was on-line. Tim had named a price that we thought was very optimistic, but decided to try it out until Christmas. Lewis contacted us within a month to say he had an offer on the villa at the asking price. Tim and Lewis were thereafter very helpful with advice about lawyers, what contents we could leave, or take, from the villa, final maintenance and clearouts. We always found the staff very helpful, responding to e-mails very quickly and willing to discuss matters that were not always part of the job. This was very important as the sale was going through while we were in England. During the whole process the staff from Villa Solutions looked after the property very well (we know this because a neighbour kept an eye on the property for us). We thought the charge for all their work was very reasonable. We first approached Villa Solutions in October, and the sale was completed, without problems, in early January. I`m not writing any more or everyone will think that Tim and Lewis wrote this themselves. "

From arranging viewings before we flew out to Spain to organising accommodation at their fabulous apartment in Vinuela, Tim and Neil made life very easy for us. Neil showed us around a number of properties, some more than once, and also the surrounding area to show what it had to offer. " We spent two weeks in August 2021 looking for a suitable property in Spain. We had done a lot of homework before coming over from the UK and had a very long list of what we wanted and also what we didn’t want. Many hours were spent watching A Place In The Sun on TV so we knew that compromise might be required in our search for the perfect permanent home. We visited over 40 properties during our two week hunt and spoke to several Estate Agents but only Neil at Villa Solutions could come up with the one Villa that met every requirement. " Report on the sale of our villa at Los Romanes We put out home up for sale during a lull in the Covid lockdowns without too much hope that anything would happen until the world got back to some kind of normal. After a couple of months Tim contacted me to say that they had someone living locally in rented accommodation who wanted to view. Tim arranged for our home to be opened up and the furniture uncovered. The following day we had an offer to purchase, and after some tough negotiation which Tim worked very hard on, we agreed a purchase price and a sum for the contents.
