Villasolutions was founded in 2002 by the current owner and director, Tim Whiteley. Since that time, during which Southern Spain witnessed the most damaging econmonic downturn in 30 years, the company has maintained a position of stability and performance. Over the past four years the company has undergone a major transformation, including relocating to a prominent position on the main road, rebranding and the introduction of a proactive website, and is now the premier real estate agency in the area.
